The purpose of the study was to determine quality public service at Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng and factors that influence Buleleng. data where analyzed qualitatively descriptively provide an overview research problem. In collecting data, methods used are observation, interviews, trough questionnaires. results on 5 indicators exist in physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), attention ( ampathy). addition, Human Resources discipline officers. is currently not optimal providing community because there still services good so it needs be improved.
